Purpose

The person hired into this role will support Dover’s Supply Chain and Sourcing Organizations by providing analytical expertise, support project management activity, and manage select supplier relationships. As the candidate grows in knowledge and experience, the analyst will be asked to assume greater levels of responsibility for leading strategic sourcing and other supply chain / operations improvement projects, and will be considered for other opportunities within Dover Corporation. The analyst will work on initiatives across a wide range of Dover’s operating companies, as well as Dover Corporate business needs.

Education

Experience, training or education in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, data analysis, project management and/or procurement processes

Experience

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in at least one (and ideally more) of the following areas: Procurement, supply chain, engineering / technical, manufacturing operations, management consulting, logistics, project management. Recent graduates with strong manufacturing supply chain internship experience will also be considered.
