Job Title:  Senior Financial Analyst
Company Overview: Alivia Analytics, LLC is a fast-growing technology company in healthcare technology and tech-enabled services and owned by two leading private equity firms in healthcare technology. We are at the forefront of innovation, providing cutting-edge solutions in a dynamic and evolving industry.
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in our corporate office in Newtown Square.   Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our rapid growth by providing insightful financial analysis, building Board-level materials, and driving forecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Forecasting:
  1. Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts.
  2. Provide regular updates on financial performance and projections.
  1. Board-Level Reporting:
  1. Prepare comprehensive and insightful financial reports, metrics,  and presentations for Board meetings.
  2. Convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  1. Data Analysis:
  1. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  2. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  1. Work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer, senior leadership, and the accounting team to ensure alignment on financial goals and reporting.
  2. Communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders in an accessible manner.
  1. Professional Development:
  1. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  2. Continuously improve financial analysis processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience:
  1. 2-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
  2. Previous experience in private equity or investment banking is advantageous.
  1. Education:
  1. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with a focus on finance, accounting, or a related field.
  2. MBA in finance desired but not required.
  1. Skills:
  1. Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  1. Career Growth Potential:
  1. The ideal candidate should have the potential to grow into a VP of Financial Planning role within Company or a Senior Associate/ Vice President position within one of our private equity firms.
