Job description
We are seeking an experienced and professional property manager to join our team and manage a portfolio of coop and condo associations in New York City. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining and improving physical assets, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of coop and condo associations
- Oversee maintenance and repair projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
- Develop and manage annual budgets for each property
- Maintain relationships with board members, unit owners, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and supervision
- Provide regular reports to board members and stakeholders
- Develop and implement plans for capital improvements and long-term maintenance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in property management, with a focus on coop and condo associations
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in operating Apple computers and software
- Knowledge of NYC building codes, regulations, and laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
