Title : Business Analyst / Varicent Incentive SME

Location : Prefer hybrid - 2 days in Chicago, IL

Duration : 10 Months with possible extension.

SUMMARY

Seeking a well rounded BA with expertise on Varicent application.

Looking for a candidate that has been a part of a project implementing Varicent for incentive compensation.

Gathers business requirements through collaboration with internal/external customers. Communicates requirements to counterparts within the IT organization. Communicates technical constraints, concerns and other variables identified within IT to the business. Acts as liaison between the business units and IT. Supports the development of project proposals, business cases, project charters and related documents. Travel may be required.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in the creation and/or execution of test plans for new or changed applications
  Contributes to prototype development of user application interfaces
  Participates in workflow analysis in support of requirements definitions
  Communicates to business constituents in easily understood terms
  Identifies project specific risks throughout the development lifecycle
  Understands the basic tenets of information risk security
  Understands data models

Education
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or related field

Years of Experience
A minimum of 10-12+ years of in-depth business experience with the bulk of that experience serving a business/IT liaison role

Required Skills
Experience in business analysis and providing business solutions

• Experience in implementing "Varicent for Incentive Compensation '' application.
  Basic knowledge of systems development cycles, methodologies, and workflow diagramming
  Knowledge of company s business and technical environments
  Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
