Come join our Venice Family Clinic as a Credentialing Specialist and use your skills to grow in your career. The Credentialing Specialist provides direct administrative, operational and technical support to our Director of Clinical Operations and our Chief Medical Officer, and will coordinate the credentialing for providers and other licensed personnel. This role will also collaborate with the Assistant to the Associate Medical Directors to manage provider appointment schedules and the provider rosters.
Salary range: $24.57 - $34.87 Hourly Qualifications Requirements:
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Outstanding organizational and management skills; ability to prioritize and organize workload to optimize efficiency, respond to change in business requirements and complete assignments on schedule.
* Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction.
* Interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with persons of diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds.
* Ability to problem solve effectively and be very detail-oriented.
Preferred: Administrative work experience, and proficiency in Visio and Adobe Acrobat.
