This project is supporting Intel Building Facilities expansion in Chandler, Arizona. The candidate will be responsible for analysis of operations throughout the roadmap, presenting and sending reports to stakeholder, and handling purchase orders/change requests. Data will be from project controls, PMO , finance, and operations to expedite purchase or change order requests. You will get to be apart of a senior team on a managed services project for one of the most high-tech buildings ever built. This project is preparing Intel for their next decade of semiconductor manufacturing… and you could be a part of it!Description:
How will you contribute to the team?
- Process purchase orders and change requests in SAP following standard operating procedures - Provide status updates for change order requests by creating or updating reports within Excel - Work with project controls, project management, finance and operations personnel to expedite and trace purchase and change order status - Assist in the review of change orders in accordance with the client’s approval process - Assist in the review and monitoring of invoices for the project - Assist in the preparation and monitoring of a change order log - Assist in the review of contractor closeout documents - Ability to facilitate and manage data inputs and changes across multiple projects under strict deadlines - Help organize financial meetings to review change order status - Prepare cost reconciliation between two or more estimates and explains variance cost drivers - Act as a liaison between the client and trade contractorsWhat will you contribute?

1. Engineering Degree, or Finance Degree, or Construction Management Degree 2. Data visualization skills, Strong in Excel 3. A mix of experience between financial (excel), construction, or engineeringSkills:
Power BI, Data, Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Financial Planning Analysis, Excel Pivot Tables, Finance, Cost Analysis, Cost, MEP , ChemicalAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
Strong Analysis skills, Strong communicator. Electrical and piping environment backgrounds are great, but coming from a Semiconductor background is what is best.Compliance Requirements:
