Job description
Customer Service/Dispatcher
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, dispatching service technicians, proficient in computer tasks such as data entry and invoicing. Solid organization skills a must, with the capacity to provide essential follow-up as required Candidate must possess good telephone etiquette and have effective customer service skills. Strong communication abilities are necessary with the ability to work effectively under fast-paced conditions. Full time – Monday through Friday. Please send resume to: [email protected]
