LMI is seeking a Senior Campaign Planner for our Science & Technology Group. This position is located at Ft. Belvoir, VA. Candidates must be able to pass background checks and security checks as needed. This position requires and active TS/SCI clearance or TS with SCI eligibility.
- Provide expert advice and analytical support in areas of Combatant Command CWMD Operational Support planning, performance management, strategic foresight, and risk management
- Provide expert advice on all aspects of CWMD to include intra- and inter-agency coordination on a broad array of regional, technical, and priority stakeholder issues
- Provide support for strategic planning efforts and conduct analysis of CWMD related strategies, policies, doctrine, capability gaps, and emerging trends, both Agency and DoD-wide
- Formulate and prepare briefs, reports, and other communication materials. Provide technical, administrative, and logistical support for planning, implementing, executing, and evaluating activities
- Support decision-making fora, coordinating and interfacing across DTRA Directorates on major programs and resource prioritization issues
- Support required strategic planning activities, including (but not limited to) Strategic Management Reviews; Program Reviews; Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) exercises; Senior stakeholder Interviews; and Scenario Based Planning Workshops and exercises
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current TS/SCI Clearance or TS with SCI eligibility
- 10 years' experience with military and defense planning
- 5 or more years' experience with Campaign Planning and Organizational integration efforts
- 5 or more years' experience supporting regional and functional combatant commands
- Skilled communication and organizational skills. Minimal oversight is critical.
