Real people recruitment is working with a leading engineering manufacturer based in Clondalkin, to help them recruit a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist or HR Manager to join their team. Job Title: HR Generalist
Industry : Engineering Manufacturer
Location: Clondalkin Area, Dublin 22
Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 Depending on experience
Contract : Permanent, directly employed
start date : 4th of March, Or ASAP
The main duties and responsibilities will be as follows;
1.
Recruitment and Staffing: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
2.
Employee Relations: - Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
3.
Performance Management: - Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
4.
Training and Development: - Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
5.
Policy Implementation: - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to management and employees.
6.
Benefits Administration: - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with any related inquiries.
7.
HR Administration: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Generate reports and analytics related to HR metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or manager, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Ireland.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
