Job description
We are looking for a Superintendent to join our team and oversee our commercial and industrial construction projects. The Superintendent will report to senior management and will actively manage the construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who is well-organized and can think outside the box.

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing our construction projects from the ground-up, from the planning stage to completion. You will be responsible for managing the project team to ensure that all deadlines and budgets are met, and that the projects are completed to the highest standards.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years of professional experience in the construction industry and have a proven track record of successful project completion. You must also have experience working with commercial construction and/or light industrial construction.
Ground-up and tilt-up construction is a plus. Additional skills needed include excellent leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive salary based on experience: $90,000 to $130,000
