Job description
Atlantic Health System is seeking Per Diem Greeters/Screeners at Morristown Medical Center working varied shifts; a minimum of three days per week including every other weekend. This position is eligible for the Atlantic Health System #teenhiring initiative.
Essential Function/Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting patients, families and visitors at our busy entrances and in family waiting areas located throughout the facility.
- Must be able to manage multiple inquiries in a calm and professional manner.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and be flexible with facilitating inquiries for patients, visitors, and family members.
- Good communication skills.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- To provide a safe environment to our patients, we require that all candidates must be able to read, write and speak English.
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required or will obtain within 2 years of employment.
- If 16 or 17 years-old, valid working papers required.
Relevant Experience:
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience preferred.
- Retail experienced preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
