The Business Finance Lead is responsible for implementing global planning and analysis processes in the region. You will support the implementation of a strong local S&OP process & Inventory loss review process with active participation.

Your key responsibilities
- Support CF and FF Finance Heads to execute P&B strategy for NAM Region and Agilex company. Implementing Global Planning and Analysis process and tools in the Region in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure strategic partnership with the Head of Perfumery for CF and FF Divisions in NAM and his/her Leadership Team. Provide accurate, relevant, timely financial & non-financial analyses to the Business Unit: figures validated by controlling for monthly activities, latest estimates, budget or business cases for investments, business developments or strategic scenarios.
- Ensure the decision-making process is sustained by figures validated by Finance, be it for monthly activities, latest estimates, budget or business cases for investments or strategic scenarios.
- Be the ambassador of financial and controlling culture promoting internal tools, full P&L performance analysis, Working Capital and Business Cases tracking during monthly management reviews and management meetings.
- Support the implementation of a strong local S&OP process & Inventory loss review process with actively participation.
- Be active contributor in the DSM-Firmenich transformation journey including Digital/ERP transformation, enhancing process based on company standards.
- Actively support local finance team in ongoing internal / external audits for all areas related to business.
- Participate in Business projects- e.g. Customer negotiations, Variable pay targets, etc.

You bring
- Minimum of 5-6 years relevant finance experience as Finance Analyst or Business Controller, preferable with commercial finance experience.
- Hand-on professional, proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, or similar data management tools.
- Experienced on Financial Modeling, Budgeting & Forecasting, with strong analytical skills and proven accreditation on Accounting Standards (IFRS & US GAAP).
- Strong business and strategic acumen, demonstrating courage and conviction to drive change and to positively challenge and convey opinions at Executive meetings.
- Team player, hands-on, good communication and ability to adapt to multiple interlocutors. Effective and professional communication and organization skills. Self-motivated, resilient, capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
