YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:•You are responsible for the efficient and effective planning of activities based on the strategic framework, commercial objectives and channel capacity•You ensure that all commercial activities are correctly reflected in the forecasts (demand planning, business planning, budget)•You develop, prepare, and analyze reports on business, channel, and commercial activities performance to derive meaningful insights and give recommendations to the commercial management•You are the single point of contact for finance teams within the function and provide expertise about the functions budget and forecast•You lead the monthly resource planning process within the function and work closely with the channel leads•You lead, plan and control the quality related activities in the commercial B2C and B2B2C areas to ensure that the quality of consumer and customer experience and processes comply with internal and external expectations, business objectives and standards and policies•You are responsible for leading, coaching and developing of the commercial planning team YOUR PROFILE:•You have a Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management or similar•You have senior experience in Commercial, Business Development, Finance or similar•You have leadership experience and the ability to promote and develop employees in a targeted manner, as well as a successfully passed our career assessment center (CAC)•You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken•You are organized, detailed oriented, strategic thinking, resourceful, affinity for numbers and strong in managing processes and systems in a fast-paced environment INTERESTED?
