Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in a cutting-edge food manufacturing facility equipped with specialized automated machines and equipment.
Examine and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and drawings to establish work procedures and/or procure necessary parts.
Diagnose and resolve issues, install processing and packaging equipment, demonstrating proficiency in electrical systems, utilities, and facility systems for efficient repair or replacement outcomes.
Collaborate with Automation and Central Utilities teams.
Execute planned preventive and predictive maintenance, maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Participate actively in the daily preventive maintenance program for building and processing equipment.
Efficiently set up, inspect, and shut down production equipment, including process changeovers when required.
Aid in planning and organizing work activities, including drawing interpretation and parts preparation.
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and upkeep industrial equipment, power transmission systems, pumps, compressors, and electrical/electronic controls.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:
Hold a Millwright license.
Possess knowledge of conveyors, high-speed slicers, pumps/compressors, and electrical/electronic controls.
Familiarity with pipe fitting practices and steam piping.
Working understanding of vacuum systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Strong proficiency in SAP.
Capable of working independently, collaborating with contractors, and engaging with other
Reliability personnel.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.
