DISPATCHER JOB DESCRIPTION

Guardian Service Industries, Inc is looking dispatcher in order to join team and assist field employees.

Responsibilities and Skills:

• Preparing Valiant by confirming payroll for upload into Paylocity
• Reviewing payroll with operations management and fixing any errors.
• Prepare PAF’s for review and process
• Filing paperwork.
• Assisting operational staff and management with administrative requests.
• Manage valiant system regarding creating new sites, updating guard schedules, sites confirmation which include guard hours that had been worked.
• Answering phone calls relating to employee call out.
• Monitor operational hours so you can verify hours are updated in valiant weekly.
• Assisting all employees with scheduling, vacation request, sick days, and finding replacement when needed or instructed by management.
• Make sure all the billing hours for the sites are in the valiant system.
• Maintaining databases for the employees in the Valiant system.
• Assists all employee’s inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for management and interviews when requested.
• Fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors.
• May assist with overflow work for office receptionist and administrative duties as needed.
• Direct and instruct all dispatch personnel on how to perform their duties as required.
• Update the dispatch SOP as needed.

A more detailed scope of work will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation: 19.00-23.00 per hour based on experience.

Position is 3 days in office
