Manry Heston, Atlanta's oldest full-line insurance agency, is currently seeking a Commercial Lines Client Specialist to support Account Managers and Client Advocates in the serving of commercial lines clients. The candidate must have outstanding organizational skills, self-motivation, attention to detail and a strong commitment to a team culture.

Responsibilities

The position is responsible for supporting Account Managers and Client Advocates while servicing commercial lines clients. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites; creating and issuing certificates of insurance, creating and editing insurance proposals and summaries, checking and processing audits, securing loss runs and experience mod worksheets, updating and entering activities into the agency management system (Epic), quoting through a carrier's portal and assisting with any other assigned tasks.

Requirements

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• High School Diploma. Associates degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Familiarity with Applied Epic a HUGE plus
• Must demonstrate strong sales aptitude, communication skills (written and verbal), ability to build and maintain relationships and multi-task 
• P&C license
• 1+ years of Commercial Lines experience.
