The Garrison is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our skilled nursing facility. Do you have a caring heart and team spirit? We would love to consider you!

Status: Full-time

Qualifications:

• Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is required
• Passion for helping people

The Garrison is located on 4th street North of VA Medical Center across from UHC Medical center on the Texas Tech campus. We offer memory care, short-term and long-term Skilled Nursing Care and Physical Therapy services. We feature 120 beds in both private and semi-private settings.
