PAY: $24.75/hourly

TITLE: Clerk

LOCATION: Tacoma, WA

SCHEDULE: Sunday, Monday, Thursday,

Friday, Saturday 5am to 1pm

ABOUT THE JOB:

Clerical duties

inside of facility such as: Data Entry, inspections, client outreach, and other

various tasks. Will use radio to direct forklift operators in a logistical

fashion, will be utilized as a customer service rep for incoming truckers

delivering freight, checking drivers in and out.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it

against previously obtained information as necessary.

· Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and

forward incomplete orders for further processing. · Position

lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, or boxes and

secure material or products for transport to designated areas.

· Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and contracts.

· Inform customers by mail or telephone of order information, such as unit

prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
