Job description

Corewell Health East is seeking a dynamic Fellowship Trained BC/BE Cardiovascular Surgeon to join the collegial Cardiovascular Surgery team within the Medical Group aligned with the Corewell Health East Hospitals. The practice has a longstanding history of excellence in the community. The Center is a destination site for complex surgical care and chronic disease management and enhances Beaumonts reputation as a regional referral center and top hospital in the United States.

The Heart &Vascular teams provide patients the most advanced treatment options, including minimally invasive or catheter procedures to treat complex conditions, congenital heart disease,  aortic aneurysm and  heart rhythm disorders . They are pioneers in less invasive techniques to perform valve replacement surgery; The team includes experienced cardiologists, cardiac and vascular surgeons, and specialty clinicians to help patients and families develop the best possible treatment plans.

2020-2021 US News & World Report has ranked Beaumont Hospital, Troy a national high-performing hospital. Troy is a 530-bed hospital. Troy received Best Intervention Cardiology (Cardiac Cath Lab) program in Michigan by BMC2, ranked among Americas Best Hospitals by Healthgrades and ranked by IBM Watson Health as a 50 Top Cardiovascular Hospitals
