At Windermere Real Estate, our Poulsbo office is seeking a friendly and professional Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying and selling properties. As a Real Estate Agent, you will market listings, provide guidance to buyers and sellers, and help them navigate the real estate process with ease. Responsibilities

• Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best terms and prices
• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Promote properties through effective marketing strategies
• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
• Interact with potential buyers to showcase properties

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation and exceptional people skills
• Ability to work independently and excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and a drive for sales success
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and technology
• Must be 18 years or older
