Job description

We are seeking a Virtual SPANISH interpreter for our pain management medical office (Southern California Center for Pain Management. You will need to speak fluent Spanish and English. There is NO reading/writing/typing/computer involved. You will be talking to the doctor and the patient.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

NOTE: Do NOT try to call the office directly to apply. If you want to apply, do so via this website. If you contact the office directly, your application will be automatically disqualified.

You will be "on-call", meaning we will call you for interpreting service as needed, between the hours of Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time. Time is variable, but most of the calling is in the morning time 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Pay: $0.10-$0.12 per minute, depending on experience. You will be paid based on the number of minutes you spend interpreting.

Duties include (but not limited to):

-Speak FLUENT SPANISH. Medical Spanish language skills are highly desired, BUT not required.

-Speak FLUENT ENGLISH.

-Be ready to answer your phone Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time.

-Have the "Google Voice" (free) Phone App on your phone so you can be called.

-This job only requires your speaking ability. NO reading or writing required.
