Key Responsibilities:
As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing direct and indirect services to children and their families. This includes Child Parent Psychotherapy, family therapy, individual child therapy, case management, assessment, treatment planning, and advocacy. You'll have the opportunity to work in various settings, including clients' homes, schools, community spaces, and our therapeutic centers.
What You'll Do:
Develop strength-based, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each family.
Provide therapy in diverse settings, ensuring a culturally sensitive and family-focused approach.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of case records in the designated Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Participate in supervision, clinical team meetings, and other collaborative sessions.
Keep up-to-date with professional development requirements through training and seminars.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.
Valid Mental Health Counselor, Independent Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage & Family Therapist License OR Associate status.

Possess a valid driver's license and have a state-required minimum automobile insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in serving diverse communities, especially BIPOC communities.
Expertise in trauma-related casework.
Training in evidence-based practices (e.g., Child Parent Psychotherapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Triple P, Incredible Years, Infant Mental Health, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
