Full-Time Position - 30 hours+/week

Job Summary

As an Oyster Shucker, you will play a crucial role in Perla's seafood offerings, delivering exceptional service and quality to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to expertly shuck oysters, ensuring each one is prepared and presented to the highest standards. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area and assist with other duties as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Expertly shuck oysters, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shucking station
• Assist with stocking and replenishing oyster supplies
• Provide excellent service, engaging with guests and answering questions about our oyster selection
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Previous experience shucking oysters preferred
• Knowledge of seafood and oyster varieties
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and repetitive hand movements
