A DAY IN THE LIFE

You will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our program. Your responsibilities will include handling various aspects such as timekeeping, client flow and logistics, scheduling, supplies, and facilities. This position requires a strong operational background, where attention to detail is key. Additionally, we are seeking an individual who has a genuine willingness and desire to work with at-risk and vulnerable populations. REQUIREMENTS

• Four-year college degree in nonprofit management or a related field OR comparable experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, human resources, education, or a related field
• 3+ years of management experience
