Job description

**Position Title:** Revenue Manager

**Employment Type:** Full-Time, Remote Position (Work From Anywhere)

As part of our team, you will take ownership of revenue strategies for a diverse portfolio of hotels. Our goal is to optimize revenues across various channels, segments, and sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring maximum returns for our owners and investment partners.

**Responsibilities:**

- Utilize brand systems and resources to analyze hotel and competitor rates, availability, and seasonal trends, adjusting pricing strategies to enhance RevPAR and RevPAR Index.
- Develop and execute strategic pricing plans to maximize revenue, profit, and market share for each hotel within the portfolio.
- Lead weekly strategy meetings, reviewing past decisions, evaluating effectiveness, and addressing year-over-year variances.
- Manage group blocks and cut-off dates, conducting displacement analysis to optimize group contributions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in revenue management across multiple brands, including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Radisson, Choice, Wyndham, Best Western, and Private Label/Independent.
- Identify underperforming areas, develop solutions, and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct regular business reviews to improve performance for hotels falling below fair share.
- Optimize property participation and production through various distribution channels and online marketing opportunities.
- Utilize key performance indicators and yield management tools to identify revenue trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align revenue management practices and improve overall performance.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in revenue management.
- Hands-on experience with branded RMS/CRS systems (e.g., R&I, GRO, HPP, OneYield, Concerto, PRIO, EZLite, TravelClick).
- Familiarity with property management systems for major hotel brands is advantageous.
- Industry certifications such as CRME, CHDM, or CHIA are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and revenue management reports.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and personnel effectively.
- Comfortable presenting to groups and collaborating across disciplines.
