Job Summary

Join our Aegis Family as a Home Health & Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) also called a Home Health Aide (HHA) , where you will play a crucial role ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. Our CNA Caregivers assist patients by providing personal care such as grooming and bathing, especially for those with limited mobility. They support patients in eating, monitor and report vital signs and any notable patient behaviors to the medical team. Additionally, they aid in patient mobility, including transfers between wheelchairs and beds, and routinely adjust patients' positioning in bed to prevent bedsores and enhance comfort. Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in state of practice
• Home Health and/or Hospice experience as an CNA preferred
• Ability to utilize full range of movement to transfer patients
• Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
• Valid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation.
• Proof of current auto insurance
• Ability to pass Criminal Background Check
• Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help)
• Current CPR Certification (we can help) & Negative TB Test (we can test)
