Job description

FTG company started USA operation with Yakiniku Futago in New York City in 2015, and currently operates three restaurants in NYC including Nikutei Futago and Soba Totto. FTG company operates 100+ locations in Japan and in Hong Kong, and looks to grow in USA.

FTG Company is looking for:

Kitchen Manager/Leader who has an experienced direct and oversee the BOH Team, accountable for all aspects of kitchen's financial and operational performance from inventory management, purchase, scheduling, quality control and seasonal menu creations, and looks to grow with us!

Qualification:
- Cooking Japanese cuisine minimum 3 years or very familiar with Japanese food ingredients
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the kitchen management with the team of 10+
- Strong Leadership, Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking skills and team work
- Responsible and Reliable to report to work and available to cover any shift in case emergency.
- NYC Food Handlers required.
