Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.50 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)
- Assembles a variety of vinyl parts and products using a RF (Radio Frequency) welding machine
- Measure, align and weld vinyl parts and assemblies to predetermined specifications and drawings
- Assures that all products are assembled to the highest standard of quality as determined by process documents and product specifications
- Constructs assigned components of work orders properly, following a combination of printed work instructions, integral samples and verbal instructions from production supervisor
- Inspects in-process materials to ensure shade compatibility, material flaws and correctness of material prior to welding
- Reports product non-conformities to production supervisor in a timely manner
- Maintains quality objectives and standards for the department
- Works with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Assists in the training of new employees, as needed
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year work experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Previous experience as a RF welder preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, i.e., utility knife and tape measure preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
