Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operations in a high-volume restaurant setting, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction, fostering a customer-centric environment
- Train, mentor, and develop staff members, enhancing their skills and performance for career advancement
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety
Qualifications
- The Hourly Manager position is designed for those who need more flexibility in their schedule or who cannot commit to a 45-48 hour work week.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong integrity and personal responsibility, demonstrating leadership and a good work ethic
- Customer-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency, ensuring customer satisfaction
