Job description

A detail-oriented furniture shop is seeking a Furniture Finisher for a job in Auburn Maine. The Furniture Technician position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits and ample access for personal projects utilizing company resources.

Compensation

$22.00 – $27.00 per hour to start. Benefits available include:

Schedule

Day Shift, Monday – Thursday; 7:00am – 4:00pm, 7:00 am – 1:00 pm Fridays, afternoon devoted to personal projects.

Requirements

• Provide excellent attention to detail
• Knowledgeable in finishing primarily wooden furniture: painting, staining, spraying, varnish, lacquer, sealing, etc.
• Daily duties include finishing furniture and preparing them for travel/delivery
• Previous experience with paint and furniture is ideal
