Head of Sales, Audio Programmatic Ad Tech - $150,000 - 200,000 base Double OTE.

This company is making a massive growth push in one of the most exciting spaces in Ad Tech. The Digital Audio space is booming right now, especially in Programmatic. That is the mission that this business is on, to bring more Programmatic into the Digital Audio space.

They work with some of the industries biggest and best brands, and are associated with one of the absolute major players in the Audio space worldwide, giving you some amazing backing to the brand name when working with clients!

This role is to lead a Sales team of 4 sellers, selling Programmatic tech in the Audio space - an incredible space to be in! You must have Audio Sales experience currently and Team Management Experience.

It's a fantastic opportunity to get into Sales and work alongside some of the industries best!

The Role

As a Head of Sales you will be:

Selling the company's innovative technology proposition to major advertising agencies and brands

Manage the entire US Sales Team, responsible for their development and hiring

Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly

Consulting and educating contacts on the benefits of the product and how it can impact their campaigns

Pitching to and meeting with Agency programmatic partners

Provide training and support to your clients using the technology

Attending various trade shows and events

You

Ambitious and driven self-starter

7+ years experience in Sales within the Audio space

Programmatic Sales experience is a must have

Team management is a must have

Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology

Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising

Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!

Strong Digital Audio knowledge
