Westminster Title Company, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Business Development Manager / Sales Representative to join our team in Roseville, California. Areas of responsibility will be the Tri-County area - Sacramento County, Placer County, and El Dorado County.

 

Westminster Title Company offers an aggressive approach to compensation that includes a base salary plus commission or a traditionally based Title Sales commission only package.

 

In this role, you will support our title and escrow team by providing excellent customer service to clients, and targeting and marketing to new real estate agents, mortgage loan agents and escrow companies. Responsibilities include researching/using all available resources to assist and support customers, in addition to expanding and maintaining a strong customer base.

Qualifications

The salary for this position is $30,000- $35,500 annually plus a lucrative commission program and a monthly mobile device allowance.
