Job Summary: Responsible for supervision of multiple therapy centers and/or markets. Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures. Responsible for market and center financial statements including profit and loss performance. Responsible for sales/marketing to existing and potential market referral sources.
Essential Functions: - Create an environment that is consistent with the company's values and objectives.
- Responsible for establishing and achieving financial, customer service and employee relations goals for the local market.
- Responsible for implementing the local market business plan, and supporting the company strategic mission.
- Provide clinical leadership and serve as a mentor and a coach to clinical staff. Increase practitioner retention through relationship building.
- Assess, monitor and develop clinician skill levels to ensure clinicians meet VibrantCare's quality standards.
- Assist in providing clinical training to achieve positive patient outcomes, employee satisfaction, customer service and clinical excellence.
- Responsible for both teaching and auditing all aspects of clinical documentation within area.
- Ensure clinicians are in compliance with regulatory requirements of all certification boards, governmental agencies, other certifying agencies and company policies, procedures and programs.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with the varied customer communities. Develop service strategies that capture the unique nuances of specific marketplaces.
- In collaboration with President and other management team staff, establish an aggressive business plan to develop the market practice.
- Present clinical information in an effective manner to referral sources.
- Participate and lead annual Patient Care Committee and sub-committee meetings; communicate and develop working relationships with Agency Medical Directors.
- Plan and coordinate clinic and market-specific marketing and relationship building activities with Center Managers, COD and Business Development team.
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities: - Maintain responsibility for the managing and completion of the essential MCO functions.

- Ability to prepare, interpret and analyze branch financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite technologies (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift patients using biomedical techniques frequently throughout the course of a work day/shift; must be capable of easily lifting fifty (50) pounds of weight alone.
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a work day/shift.
- Visual acuity (near and distant) sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people, and understand written direction.
- Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions.
- Ability to push wheeled equipment throughout the facility.
- Fine motor skills adequate for scheduling and preparing patients, equipment, and supplies for treatment.
- Ability to participate in sustained activities for many hours in duration in accordance with state labor laws.
Required Credentials: - Entry-level professional Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy with current valid license in associated discipline.
- Minimum five years of clinical expertise required.
- Minimum three to five years in a position of general management and/or marketing in a multi-site environment; healthcare background preferred.
