Job description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a corporate paralegal to join a well established firm in Pittsburgh. If you have prior experience assisting attorneys in corporate or real estate matters, this firm could be an excellent fit for you. Responsibilities:
Assist with corporate transactional work and closings for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, and strategic investments
Assist with the preparation of closing documents, prepare resolutions, consents and other related documents
Prepare all documents required to form corporations, partnerships and LLC's
Prepare documents for amendments, withdrawals, mergers and dissolutions
Maintain entities and corporate minute books
Conduct due diligence research
Prepare stock certificates, securities filings, and other financial documents
Qualifications:
Prior experience dealing with corporate transactional matters is preferred
Paralegal Certification is preferred, not required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized, attention to detail, excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Client service oriented
