Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized leader in IT and Security services, is seeking a talented Senior Systems Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time onsite position with paid relocation opportunities.
Must-Haves:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong proficiency in cloud technologies with a proven track record of 5-7+ years.
- Collaboration Platforms: Solid experience of 5-7+ years in collaboration platforms and document management.
- Server and Domain Mastery: Strong background in server and domain management with 5-7+ years of experience.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in cloud technologies, Microsoft, and security. Additional certifications in networking are a plus.
Job Description: Our client, an industry-leading provider of IT and Security solutions, is looking for a skilled Senior Systems Administrator to contribute to three key areas of IT Service Delivery:
Infrastructure Oversight: Responsible for the management and support of servers, collaboration platforms, cloud services, virtual environments, storage, security, and Backup Disaster Recovery (BDR) infrastructure in both on-premise and cloud-based solutions.
Advanced Support: Handle escalations and provide advanced support for service requests, surpassing the capabilities of higher-tier Service Desk Technicians.
Project Collaboration: Assist project and technical alignment teams in implementing servers, collaboration platforms, cloud storage, and BDR infrastructure projects in both on-premise and cloud-based solutions.
Results and Key Accountabilities:
- Efficient resolution of service tickets.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction to ensure clients are content.
- Develop and update documentation of supported systems.
- Leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior members.
