A DAY IN THE LIFE OF EMPLOYMENT CASE MANAGER
As an Employment Case Manager, your daily responsibilities involve building trust and rapport with program participants. You'll conduct comprehensive intakes, gaining insights into participants' needs, strengths, interests, and capabilities. Working closely with them, you'll develop personalized service plans, known as Family Contract Amendments (FCAs), aligning short-term and long-term employment goals with their skills and preferences. Regular meetings with participants, progress documentation, and coordination with external providers ensure a comprehensive and supportive approach. Beyond the office, you'll establish partnerships with local businesses to create employment opportunities. Representing Fedcap with professionalism, you'll contribute to our collective mission of making positive, life-changing differences for individuals and families.
