We are seeking an energetic and driven individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on their policies while looking for cross-selling opportunities, updating information, and collaborating with your team. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance service or sales and have a Property and Casualty license. The base salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year depending on experience.

In everyday operations, use computer systems to process premium payments, review and update policies, handle claims, and make endorsements.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
RequirementsProperty and Casualty License REQUIRED
1+ years of Personal Lines Sales and Quoting experience REQUIRED (Home and Auto)
1+ years of customer-facing experience
Ability to work within a fast-paced, team environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
Showing professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
Creative, innovative thinker able to solve complex problems
