Classification: Full-time/Non-Exempt Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for general website maintenance duties including making daily updates to our website, responding to and troubleshooting any website issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Maintains and updates website content on a daily basis.
● Maintains and tracks inventory for low stock/sold out products.
● Creates all collection links needed for upcoming campaigns.
● Ensure that the website is functional, efficient, and current.
● Create product SKUS and barcodes for new products.
● Add new products with properly assigned Meta Fields for website organization.
● Proofreads, fact checks and copy edits text for website platforms.
● Make all content/page updates given by the Marketing team in a timely manner.
● Improve the user experience of the website regularly.
● Monitor website traffic on drop day to ensure accurate sales counts of inventory.
● Load product images, weights, descriptions, and update inventory quantities.
● Works closely with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure the website meets GL standards.
● Provide recommendations for website improvements.
● Prepares some copy for website slideshow banners.
● Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
● Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong organizational skills: and the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities within and across divisions to meet established and changing deadlines.
● Proactive forward thinking; must be a self-starter.
● Strong attention to detail required.
Education and Experience:
● High School diploma required.
● 2-year degree, Technical experience (preferred).
● Proven experience in website management and Shopify.
Physical Requirements:
● Must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50lbs and heavier with proper equipment.
● Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
● Requires activities involving exposure to moving machinery, changes in temperature and humidity, dust, fumes, and gases.
