Responsibilities
Perform direct patient nutrition care to include: nutrition screening and assessment; development and implementation of nutrition care; patient, family, and staff education
Qualifications
EDUCATION : Bachelors of Science Degree in Food Service and Human Nutrition, Human Nutrition or Dietetics. Masters preferred. Completion of an ADA approved dietetics internship program, current ADA registration or registration eligible required. EXPERIENCE : Three years hospital experience preferred.COMPETENCY: JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must exhibit good clinical skills; communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. ADDL CONSIDERATIONS: Must be able to be flexible in job responsibilities. Work as a team member with Food and Nutrition Services as well as all other hospital staff. Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Nutrition Support Clinical (CNSC) preferred
RDN, LD/N required. Individual must obtain a Florida license within 6 months of employment.

This position has a predetermined flat rate of $33.60 per hour.;
