Role: Solution Architect Lead

Job Description
10+ Years Experience:
Application Design, Architecture Knowledge of application design activities, tools and techniques; ability to utilize these to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.
Coaching Others Knowledge of coaching concepts and methods; ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals or teams in learning and improving effectiveness.
Design Thinking Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and processes of design thinking; ability to utilize the knowledge in designing new products and services and even improving organizational operation.
IT Environment Knowledge of an organization's IT purposes, activities and standards; ability to create an effective IT environment for business operations.
Problem Solving Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Software Process Improvement (SPI) Knowledge of formal software process improvement disciplines, and ability to assess and improve the quality and operating costs associated with an existing application.
System Development Life Cycle Knowledge of project management techniques and the ability to plan, design, develop, test, implement and maintain system development life cycle segments and phases.
Technical Troubleshooting Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.
Salesforce in relation to API
Skills:
Proven track record of successfully delivering SOA/middleware integration projects such as demonstrate experience modeling reusable business objects and services; forward thinking about the recommended services and anticipated business needs.
Demonstrated thorough understanding of modern enterprise architecture, hands-on experience with enterprise application integration middleware and platforms.
Expert level of technical knowledge and understanding of architecture, application systems design and integration with large scale deployments.
ITILv3 certifications a plus
Strong understanding of relational data structures, theories, principles, and practices - preferred.
Knowledge and skills in data warehousing methodologies and tools - preferred
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related major or equivalent IS / business experience.
8+ years experience years of IS / business experience, more specifically programming, engineering and/or systems analysis. Has a broad level of understanding surrounding information systems.
4+ years of strong experience with deployment and administration of J2EE application servers and containers (e.g., Websphere, JBoss, Tomcat, Spring etc.); TIBCO suite of tools; Informatica suite of tools (e.g. PowerCenter, IDQ)
4+ years of experience with SOA, ESB, JMS messaging, transaction, XML and/or Web Services integration technologies.
