Irrigation Technician / Plumber Apprentice

Year Round Work. Start ASAP. The Irrigation Technician / Service Technician is responsible for installation and service of commercial irrigation systems. Train and complete plumbing jobs during the winter months through our plumbing apprenticeship. Responsibilities of the Irrigation Technician include:

Spring - summer - early fall months

• Repair and replace sprinkler heads, water lines, pumps and valves
• Install commercial irrigation systems
• Oversee sprinkler system prevention maintenance
• Solve system problems: leaks, broken heads and system concerns

Late fall - Winter - early Spring

• Residential plumbing: apprenticeship available
• water heater installs, toilets and facets (will train)
• Access to a work vehicle

Requirements:

• 1 years commercial irrigation experience preferred
• Will train motivated individuals
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 50lbs., stand, crouch, bend and lift for much of the day.
