Job Description Summary The Workday Systems and Security Analyst provides technical expertise in the analysis and administration of security, tenants, integrations, and system-level configurations of the organization's Workday implementation. In this role, the analyst uses exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to align solutions with business requirements while advocating for efficiency, automation, and innovation. The analyst will effectively articulate complex ideas and concepts through clear and concise communication and documentation, and align stakeholders on requirements, gaps, and risks.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM- 4:30PM
Job Description ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Leverage technical expertise to align technical solutions with business requirements and organizational objectives while advocating for efficiency, automation, and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document security, integrations, and other technical requirements, ensuring correctness through regular reviews, and traceability throughout implementation.
- Evaluate Workday features and releases. Identify risks, impacts, opportunities, and innovations to maximize the organization's investment in Workday.
- Responsible for the overall Workday security architecture. Design, implement, and maintain security objects and configurations in Workday in accordance with business requirements, technical specifications, and functional responsibilities of end users.
- Implement security policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of the organization's Workday tenants.
- Perform security compliance audits and ensure compliance with the Workday governance model and applicable regulations.
- Administer the organization's Workday tenants and their system-level configurations, including but not limited to production, sandbox, sandbox preview, and Customer Central.
- Operate within an established Quality Assurance framework to ensure consistency and coverage when validating changes to security, integrations, configurations, and releases, coordinating testing and resolution with technical and functional stakeholders.
- Create and maintain EIB integrations for stakeholders to assist in the automation of functional activities, perform thorough vetting of web services, and update templates according to Workday guidance.
- Participate in daily operational activities related to issue resolution, enhancements, and routine maintenance, ensure timeliness and accuracy in solution delivery.
- Deploy exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve business problems and meet organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE - Associate's Degree in CIS or related field is required. AND,
- A minimum of five years of recent, relevant technical and functional experience with Enterprise and Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Workday HCM, FN, and Student preferred. AND,
- A minimum of two years of recent, relevant experience with Workday security concepts and best practices. AND,
- A minimum of two years of recent, relevant experience with Workday integration concepts and best practices. AND,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Additional Information Starting pay: $37.95 per hour.
