Overview and Essential Functions

Who we are….. Prince Telecom, a national leader in the telecommunications field, is hiring for a Design and Survey Supervisor. This position will be responsible for supervising all design and survey operations in accordance with the customer and industry specifications. What you’ll do…… ? Supervise all operations to ensure that all designs and surveys are completed in accordance with customer specifications. ? Provide training for employees working under your direction. ? Work with Compliance Specialists to ensure and maintain all MSO and company quality control and safety requirements. ? Professionally represent Prince Telecom in virtual meeting ? Identify performance issues and recommend and implement corrective action. ? Maintain productivity for all employees in a remote environment. ? Work with property management and customer to address any concerns or issues ? Must be able to read blueprints and fiber prints. ? Communicate effectively with developers, city inspectors, property owners and customers. ? Must be willing to travel (Occasionally) ? Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What you’ll have…. ? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. ? Must pass extensive background investigation, DMV background and drug screen. ? Excellent customer service skills. ? Excellent oral and written communications skills. ? Computer proficiency with Google, Excel and Word.
