Shift :

Embrace the night shift! We're offering a 3rd shift position, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, with a competitive starting pay of $18 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide crucial support to the production team, taking ownership of individual machine tasks.

Master the art of fly line manufacturing to ensure quality and efficiency.

Proactively troubleshoot issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Operate and oversee light-duty manufacturing equipment.

Maintain clear and effective oral and written communication.

Handle and lift heavy weights as required.

Prioritize and manage assigned duties effectively.

Qualifications :

Experience in understanding engineering specifications.

Preferred experience in working with manufacturing equipment and automated machinery.

Strong mathematical skills.

Basic computer skills.

Advantageous experience in compounding/mixing.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Demonstrated team player.

Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening.
