THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD

THE SCHEDULE:

This management role works full-time at our Aurora, IL office.

YOUR ROLE:

As the Talent Acquisition Lead at Signature Retail Services, you're tasked with refining our recruiting procedures for enhanced efficiency. Your role involves guiding the recruitment team, monitoring metrics, and collaborating with department heads to plan for future needs. You also attend industry events for networking and use your expertise to attract top talent aligning with our values. You're passionate about talent acquisition and adept at improving procedures.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, psychology, or related field OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• 5+ years of staffing recruitment experience
• Thorough understanding of recruiting methods, best practices, applicable policies, and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Proven experience in high-volume part-time & full-time positions on a nationwide scale
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Analytical mindset with fantastic leadership skills
