Job description

Opulence is a local marketing and business development firm in the heart of New Hyde Park. We have partnered with some of the nations largest telecommunication companies to assist them with generating new customer acquisitions and bring awareness to their new products and services available. 

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate that will work with our customers directly to promote and bring awareness to our clients products and service. The Customer Service Associate will work with our diverse team to gain experience in customer service, sales, direct marketing and business development. The Customer Service Associate will also work within local market territories with customers to educate them on services and provide excellent service. 

Due to recent expansions, we are looking to train our Customer Service Associate's into leadership roles to continue to help us grow and strive in more industries.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

Here at Opulence, we provide full training to all Customer Service Associate's. This is an entry level role that is set to start immediately, so we are looking for an individual that is local to the area and able to start in 1-2 weeks

Hours Of Operation: 10:00am - 6:00pm
