Accountant

Location: Wayne, NJ

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with one remote day per week.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000, plus a performance-based bonus starting at $5,000.

Responsibilities:
Oversee Inventory and Accounts Receivable within balance sheet accounts.
Perform account reconciliations.
Generate performance metrics and reports for Inventory/Accounts Receivable.
Manage monthly cash flow forecasting.
Assist with annual audits.
Drive process improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Over 5 years in financial reporting and analysis.
SAP expertise required.
Experience in Inventory Management
