This role is within the Merchant Lifecycle division. The responsibilities cover various aspects of the merchant lifecycle, from onboarding to experience configuration and equipment provisioning. The tasks often revolve around integration with external systems through APIs and microservices.
Heres how youll make an impact on the team: - Contribute as a seasoned backend Java software engineer across various aspects of project development and delivery.
- Prioritize attention on the development of unspecified features and enhancements for our products.
- Remain flexible to occasional requests for additional off-hour work, particularly in response to unforeseen client incidents or critical business requirements.
Heres what youll need to be successful in this role: - Bachelor's or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in Java Development
- In-depth understanding of Java 8 and above, with significant exposure to server programming
- Proficient hands-on experience with Spring framework, Spring Boot, Microservices development, MYSQL using JDBC and Hibernate/JPA, and SOAP/REST web services
- Understanding of TLS cryptography and certificate management in Java (SSL)
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, and Google Pub/Sub
- Understanding of Cloud Technologies

- Capability to articulate API design and technical requirements through documentation, involving requirement gathering, exploring alternative solutions, and code implementation

Pay Range: $108,900.00 - $186,800.00/annually
