Job description
Job Summary:
Leader, project coordinator, and mentor of designated information technology teams specifically including Help Desk, Workstation Support, Data Center Operations, hardware and software infrastructure and all computing environments not supported by Huntsville Health.
· Leader and mentor in customer/organizational privacy and security.
· Protects customer’s rights.
· Performs team assessments and evaluations.
· Manages competing demands; uses time effectively.
· Self-motivated
· Teaches, coaches, inspires, mentors, empowers others.
· Customer Service
· Oversees and maintains on call 24/7 support schedule
· Demonstrates attention to detail.
· Able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
· Knowledge of data center operations and applications/systems utilization
· Expertise, mentoring, and leadership in operational and system documentation
· Experienced in planning for appropriate growth of technology
Education: Require Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, certification, or licensure required for clinical applications.
Experience:
· Require demonstrated expertise in leadership, personnel interactions, project management, customer support and knowledge of customer environment.
· Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
