Job Title - AP/AR and Payroll (Full time OR Part-time both possible )
Location - San Ramon, CA (Onsite)
Qualifications: *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY**
General Finance Administration:
- Pay roll.
- Invoicing and invoice tracking
- Accounting, Profit and Loss balance sheets,
- taxes
- employee receipts tracking and calculations.
- travel expenses etc.
- filling and bookkeeping
- background checks
- SoW, CO, and PO tracking
- on boarding and offboarding process
- other activities as needed.
- Adding vendors in the tool, adding tasks in right categories
- Basics of Excel sheet, auditing Invoices through QuickBooks
QuickBooks knowledge is a MUST have.
